Negative: The barbecue was rusty and dirty

This home was perfect for our short get a way, it was clean and cozy with a short paddle to the weeki river. Loved it! Positive: Perfect location! We love staying on the canal that leads to the river. The dock was big and the kids loved jumping off of it. Negative: The only issues were that the dock could use a use a few more areas to tie off the paddle boards or kayaks. There was only one tie off

Cozy and welcoming property. Awesome spot to relax and access the rivers. Host is very welcoming and responsive. We had a boat delivered to the house from overnight boat rental which was perfect. Seen many manatees from the boat and dock at the house.

Just perfect Positive: The house was absolutely amazing! There was a keurig with a bunch of great coffee and tea options, all the dishes and pots and pans you could think of, well enough kayaks for everyone, and so much space for such a tiny home! The house is in a perfect location with the river and crystal clear water being about 5 mins away. We loved the house and would definitely stay again on future vacations.
